10 Kick punch to reverse lunge (each leg)
10 Burpees combine with a push-up and mountain climbers

Warm-up for 5 minutes on a treadmill or bike.  Start with 10 jump squats, then 10 kick punch and reverse lunges on each leg.  Now for the burpees, you will perform a push up after the first burpee and then 10 mountain climbers, repeat 10 times.  You can do this again followed by 5-10 minutes of cardio cool down.
